[EMPLOYEE MORALE] When no staff of specific type is employed the text balloon is empty.
When you look at employee morale it shows something in the text balloon about the morale. But when there is no staff it stays empty.
Suggestion: "Nothing to report!" or "Hire some x first" (where x is the name of the staff shown)
