CA grading like in the NFL
In the NFL the Ref's are graded on performance. the best move on to the playoffs and Superbowl the rest do not. We need to start grading the CA's on performance. The best keep going the others get changed.

Well Enchaant, just like in the NFL, we don't see them all. Would have to figure out a system to grade the CAs.

I didn't mean it like that, i just meant it would be hard to grade them when you don't see them.

Enchaant, no one expects the CA's to be here 24/7. Just to be fair to all.

who should do the grading, that is to be determined. But like in the NFL they are grading on all plays not just one. there seems to be times where CAs will enforce rules for some and ignore others. putting in tickets for this does nothing,

It may be a good idea but, we have to realize that some of the CA are not able to be on here a lot of the time as they have other priorities. Right at this moment I know Dingus, Gary and Scarlett are CAs that I see on here, apart from that I am not sure who the others are.

I think that should be left to site admin, not users, unless asked

I disagree with this suggestion
It will surely depend on your position over a certain incident or incidents (if you feel aggrieved you will mark them low, if they let you get away with inappropriate behaviour, then you'd mark them high) - If they are consistant and follow their instructions from above, but you feel hard done by as a result of their action or inaction, then that will also (unfairly) lead to a harsh 'grading'
Besides, they don't discuss the reasons behind decisions (nor should they) and the person(s) 'grading' them may not be fully aware of the facts so their 'grading' view will be flawed
Surely their performance should be managed by their superiors / owner

Who would be giving the grades?
