[MINI MAP] When you leave a building in a new zone, the expanded mini map doesn't show all building yet
When I leave my second casino (SW of center) and clicking expanded mini map it doesn't show the buildings by other players in other zones. This will only show if you back to that zone and then expand mini map again. In other words it first has to a building on the mini map before showing in expanded map.

Panning around the map now loads in buildings automatically.
