I take that back, I F5 refreshed and went straight in :)

regardless of clearing cache and everything, I now get the black screen, sound effects and spinning chip only every time

Keep trying but to no avail and I don't even have a spinning chip :(

Thanks for all of the details. We are still looking into this, will try to have it fixed as soon as possible. On the note of the loading screen, the chip is just temporary, we didn't have time to make something cool (which have full plans on doing before the end of beta).

Haha MotherMercury, indeed I was thinking the same thing... the chip should be the same as the pokerchip the backers got. That would make it a collectible. I had a session where refreshing, cache refreshing, browser restart did not work. It took approx 30 refreshes to get logged in. Seems perhaps to be a session issue. As you are logged in and can walk and chat, but don't see it. Also weird that in such cases it seems to bypass the title screen.

I did close the tab and try again and then it did load ok.

Same with me, game isn't loading. The ambient sounds have loaded and are playing (music and birds chirping) otherwise I'm just getting the black screen with the spinning chip (which should have a goldfire or casinoRPG logo on it, just sayin'). Version 26.0.1410.64 m
Google Chrome is up to date. Windows 7 machine.

I have the same problem with both the latest Chrome and IE10, the OS is win 7.

What browser are you using?

When trying to play (black screen red chip spinning) I need to refresh several times. It seems there is a 1px line on top and clicking in black screen seems like your character is moving through the world. If you do get to title screen pixels are different than what is seen in the line. Indicating you are indeed in a world when the black screen is showing.
