password reset doesn't work
I get an email but it only says
"Welcome to Feedback for GoldFire Studios
You can update your settings, notification preferences, and manage your feedback on your profile page".
however there is no link to reset the password
and when I go to the profile it says
"Unconfirmed: You need to confirm your email address before you can create a password. Re-send email confirmation"
and we're back to the starting point again.

sorted, the email is unhelpful, in the sentence "You can update your settings, notification preferences, and manage your feedback on your profile page" the bit "your profile page" is the hyperlink you need to click to confirm your email!

is this the same company as the BC uservoice? as I can change my password fine on that

I believe this is a UserVoice issue (the company we are using for this feedback system), and it doesn't appear that I have any control over your account. I would try contacting them if you are unable to modify/access your UserVoice account.
