sounds good in theory, but can you picture the selling price of some of these casinos??
High rollers already dominate the map, all this will do is open the market for them to own more and share their toys with the golden crowd.

For a short term solution, I would like to mortgage the land I already bought back to the bank. I made the mistake of spending all my bits on some land and now I have nothing to gamble with.

Also, it would be cool to have a high stakes casino where big wigs can gamble properties along with money.
