[Exocraft] Display % left on restore parts
[Exocraft] Display part damage on the restore screen, so we know not to restore parts almost used up?

if these parts have a lifetime, I don't understand why nothing else has this game mechanic. it just doesn't really fit. it is also quite stressful. like a timebomb that you have no effect on
