I understand the rule "only one account per player". However, you're looking at the IP address. It is not possible for there to be one IP address per player, as that can be expensive for a family. Otherwise, you should allow "multiple players per account". However, this is not a rule many are not comfortable with; they want their friends to be their own.
I believe you should remove the restriction of one account per player.

We allow multiple people on an IP Address although players on the same IP address are not allowed to transfer chips / cp or any other in game currency/items to prevent cheating and gaining an unfair advantage.

There doesnt seem to be an reason why this should be changed.
