I think that the amount of seeking the guardians have on their shots is kinda extreme, dodging is both useless and impossible as well as the fact that there has been multiple times that I have recalled a drone when a guardian shot is chasing it, the drone comes in and the shot goes of the screen. Then when I deploy the drone again the shot comes hurtling from who knows where and then strikes the drone with flawless accuracy.
