Casino Sabotage

Allow sabotage of neighboring casinos with a chip cost and a percent chance of success.

Possible sabotages include dropping 5k trash onto someone's casino or cutting power, or spreading rumors. If you succeed, your casino gets a boost in popularity.

    Hmmm... reminds me of Hoyle Casino Empire. Have to be a bit careful with "ganging up", or how often you can send a sabotage.
