Award does not always appear after taking out mine.
Respawning mine/guardian error: Mine shows up but is untargetable. It then disappears and guardians show up (targetable) and after the mine reappears.
Comments:
The old graphic for the award was more appealing than the new one.
Respawns are occurring right upon killing a mine; there is no time to pick up your award when new enemy shows up.

Can you think of when the award doesn't show? We've yet to see this happen in our testing. The re-spawn issue should be fixed, but let us know if you see it again. What did you like better about the previous award graphic? As to your point about re-spawns happening too quickly, this isn't really a bug. Since this is a multiplayer world, other people are taking out mines at the same time. If you see a mine re-spawn near you immediately after destroying one, it wasn't the one that you just destroyed.
