casino recyling of non players

Dead casinos or not playing any more casino recyling. A server overhole any people that dont play any more or un active for 6mths should go up for auction. after emails have been sent to players who don't play any more and leave there casinos there or unopen

    This is exactly how it is setup unless I am misunderstanding you. If the casino owner hasn't been online for some time, generally in the 6 month range, then their casinos go up for auction in the Real Estate Market.
