As most folks have things in their inventory they don't use or want, perhaps and an Estate sale opinion would be fun. There should be bidding for high end items. There should be a grab bag. The seller should be able to set the prices. Of course the house would take a cut. This would be much different from the current auctions...but much the same. There is a cost to go to the estate sale. It would be live within an hour period. It would be held at the sellers condo. Invite only be it crew, friends or public. Items bought at the sale have no retail value after the sale unless they are upgraded by the buyer.
