I think the bank should be a true bank where you can deposit either just your chips or chips and cps. Also think it would be neat to tie in the cop missions with this and if you have over so much money on your person you run the risk of being robbed and then you could have a cop mission where if you catch the thief so much time the chips will be returned to the owner or even no time limit. just an idea to use the bank for something other than just an auction house.
