More then 1 head CA
There are so many times when the CA's say take it up with Chelsea or we can't do anything put in a ticket. How about making more then 1 head CA for the different times of the day so that they can actually help?

There is already 2 Head CAs who cover opposite time zones. Sirsnap and Zariz. If one of them is not around of cant help with your problem then its not a CA issue and a ticket should be submitted
