Players paying back to back big blinds in tourneys
Poker tourneys placing players in big blind after moving tables. ,I had a tournament here not to long ago where I moved to final table and got put in the big blind right after paying it at previous table. With 2 big blinds and small blind I was forced out of the tourney not by getting beat by a player but by circumstance. It needs to change and not place the same player in back to back big blinds.

He's correct. In actual casino tournaments and actual cash games when you go into a casino, the person who is on the big blind takes precedence over who has button and who has small blind. There can be a "dead small blind", and there can be a "dead button", both of which occur when a player is eliminated from a tournament. Similarly, if you are entering a cash game and to be on the small blind because the person to the right of you has the button, you must wait a hand to enter the game, after which the button passes you and you may then enter. Algorithmically, it should be the big blind that is being tracked and the dealer determined from that, not the other way around.
