Casino game jackpots
Casino owners can set jackpots amounts and settings on games at their casino (eg. casino X now has a 10 million slots jackpot.) Or could use CP or items for jackpot wins.

Yes. It would be owners money, CP, items, etc. and the owner would get the all of or part of the money played trying to hit their jackpot. It would create an incentive to visit other owners casinos.

But does that come out of the player's purse? Otherwise the game could get imbalanced...
