BATTLES and WARS losing team
when a team loses a battle or war, they lose alot of xp it seems, all that effort playing in the battle or war you are the big loser , like in any sport if you lose, you dont gain any points you stay where you were at, if you win , you get points added or in this game you get xp and chips. I suggest the losing team doesn t go backwards for trying and not being on the winning team.

stig in the rankings when a team enters a battle the winning teams gets xp and chips, the losing team goes backwards and loses quite a bit of xp in the ranking system which is my main point , why should the losing team lose more than their buyin, in any sport you play as far as i know when a team loses they stay where they were at, not go backwards. if you win like in hockey for example you get 2 points in the standings the losing team doesnt get any points but no points are removed from what they had, i hope this is a little clearer for you

the simple way is make sure your not on the 100 crews side in a war or if you are just hope one of the team mission is to do nothing as them good at that , rejuice the number of memebers to 50
