This has happened to me twice now. I bid on a property from the auction April 3 and won the bidding but the property is still in the previous owners name and i cannot start building on it because i have no access to it. That property address is E7S2-5. I just completed another successful bid on a property with casino at E8S2-8 and the same thing is happening, I do not have access to fix it and upgrade it. The property is still in the name of the previous owner. These 2 properties do not show up on my list of owned properties and they should as i paid for them with chips and cp. April 4, 2016
