move toggle noir bar to tool bar.

The Toggle Noir button takes away from the game appearance. It sticks out like a sore thumb and draws your eyes to it continuously, to me it is an eyesore. Maybe put it in games and goldfire bar at bottom of screen or chips and cp bar at top..Just a thought.
