Contract stuck, not able to place.
Not able to place the promo contract, it is stuck. When trying on the road I do get the message it is not possible. When trying it on the side walk, it does nothing at all.

192.168.100.1 Admin Router Access at 192.168.l00.1. 192.168.100.1 is the default IP address for some routers as like 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, 192.168.l.254.
