Numerous display issues
I don't know where the source is ... chrome of the game, but I've been inundated with numerous display issues in the game. Refresh usually works, but I refresh constantly.

When I'm doing bomb pickups (in casino floor), my position, relative to items on the floor shifts (or the items shift) and I cannot pickup. this happens after daily spin, after a bomb drop, or if looking in my vault.
I get other visual anomolies. the the surfaces in the game will go black (it's actually pleasant to look it). Tiles in my casino floor will all become the same colour. Sometimes when I'm checking something, the window that pops up will be transparent, except for the buttons and icons. There are times when, in slots, the reels just won't spin and I'll have to refresh.
None of these events are show-stoppers, as one or two refreshes (often takes more than once) will fix the problem. The frequency is increasing. I haven't said anything ... was hoping one of the updates would do the trick, but that hasn't happened. I don't know if others have this experience, but thought I'd share.
If there's a chrome issue/fix that you know of, please feel free to share.

for me, if I visit a lot , everything is fine. if I go into the editor, everything is always fine - I can do whatever I'm doing no problem. its only when I leave the edit mode and it cuts back to the game half the stuff on the outside of the casino is missing. it does it every time - I wanna say since the xmas atm update but wouldn't argue that.
when the stuff is missing, I refresh and its back as it should be. alternatively, instead of refreshing , if I go back into editor then exit again, most of the stuff comes back on the second exit (although a bench showed that it had been turned 90 degrees lol)
it does this every time for me, on both computers Vista/firefox and win10 /app
I'm breaking a lot of stuff lately huh?

So to make sure I'm understanding correctly, sometimes when you click Properties from the Phone and then Edit Lot, as soon as you load into the editor there are items missing (or do they go missing after moving things around a bit)? Then when you leave the editor and go to the casino the items are back in place?

pps... :-D I just went back into the editor without refreshing, and all items reappeared for the editor - then when I left edit mode the second time, the items show correctly.

I just now tried it and still have the issue every time I edit outdoors... ive used a comp with vista running firefox, and another comp on win10 using the app. It happens every single time I edit outdoors - about half the items vanish until a refresh. it makes no difference if I'm on the plot or remote from there, but always around half the items missing. just tried it on two adjacent plots and both look bare :-O

Here I am in lot edit mode. https://img.crpg.me/kZd.jpg. I'd moved a couple things around then got the entry arrow. I tried to enter (just in case), but can't in outdoor edit mode (as expected). Outdoor items aren't disappearing today ... will keep a watch on it.

When did you last see the disappearing issue with editor? We pushed a fix for something similar late last week.

I've been getting the same issue as your first two pics show - since around xmas time.... whenever I edit an outside lot, half the stuff is missing when I exit edit mode and i have to refresh every time.
I'm not using chrome tho, just the app on win10

Also ... often I can't click to enter an elevator. My work-around is to move elsewhere, then go back to the elevator instead of refreshing (this just happened 2 min ago). I have the same experience I run into this when trying to exit a casino. I want to describe it, as is there's a screen calibration issue, but it's not a touch screen. Hope the info helps.

I just updated a utility that I use to clean my system. Maybe we can wait to see if that helps. I'll let you know. The problem was prevelent enough that I'll know fairly soon, if it's resolved.
