Rules should apply to all players
It is an unfair adavantage that some player do not have to wait 30 days before selling a casino they purchase. I was told that this happens to new players (less than 30 days on the system), however - i can see that this is not the case and these same players still have the ability after 30 days.
If this is truely a bug - please fix it.

The limit was 90 days, but the way this works is being changed in the next update.
