cp's not adding correctly either
I just had 10 cp's that was suppose to me added to my total cp's of 102, and it didn't add at all...I still have 102.

I've again looked at the logs and everything shows that it has added correctly. You had 92 CP in your account when you got the 10 CP from garbage and it correctly updated to 102. Prior to that you spent 18 CP on 3 different lot items, which is what brought you down to 92 from 110.
