  1. Chips from slot bug

    I believe I got like 10k too much chips from a slot mashine bug. Right before the bonus spins ended I got the chips the bonus round had accumulated and then again after the final spin. Not saying I'm complaining but I figured I'd report it :P It's not happening anymore though so I wonder if you fixed it already or I did something special to make that happen.

    This is likely due to a delayed reward of chips during spins. Marking as complete.

  4. Players under level 10 should still be able to view Real Estate information

    Players under level 10 should still be able to view information about available plots/costs (rather than just the default message about level 10 being required). It would probably incentivise them to stick around to make said level.

  7. Better mobile platform support?

  8. game does not load

    I have logged in and tried to load the game in both Firefox and Chrome, but neither will load. I even tried clearing the cookies.

    Sorry, there was a bug that changed players into an invalid outfit which caused this error.

    You should be able to log in now. Sorry about that!

  9. password reset doesn't work

    I get an email but it only says
    "Welcome to Feedback for GoldFire Studios

    You can update your settings, notification preferences, and manage your feedback on your profile page".

    however there is no link to reset the password
    and when I go to the profile it says
    "Unconfirmed: You need to confirm your email address before you can create a password. Re-send email confirmation"
    and we're back to the starting point again.

  10. Massive drop in hourly profit

    Today after re organizing my casino and adding some of the new items I have noticed my hourly profit has just been plummeting like crazy, where as before it would remain at a constant 189. Ever 30 minutes it seems to drop 20-30 more

    Big fix for this coming in b23.

    Everyone who has casino capacity greater than their patronage will likely see profits rise.

  11. [MISSION]

    Completion of slots master still leaves it as open and then you cannot get it again. A reload of the page fixes it.

  13. medals for levels higher then 100

    Many people are hitting some high levels now...the highest level in the game at this moment is level 124. I'd like to ask that you add more medals or some added incentives to level...our bet increases have all stopped and the last medal we get is casino god at level 100. It requires a lot of xp to level when we get that high. Just think it would be nice to have some added incentives to keep leveling other then just the increase in xp we get as we level. Like maybe a medal at lev 150 and lev 200?

  14. Red light Green light

    It would be much easier if a red light and green light was added to the elevator floors. If your 2nd floor is VIP and was NOT locked you would see a red light on that floor number. If the 2nd floor is VIP and locked you would see a green light on that floor number. Having a light would make this easier on everyone.

  16. Suggestion: Automatic deposit of crystals on proximity to crystal market

    Sometimes I dig out something HUGE like over 3 000 crystals while my cargohold is only 700 crystals.
    I have to make a few trips to deposit all the treasure, but each time I need to confirm I'm dropping off crystals.

    It is fun a few times as beginner when each trip takes a lot of time to complete and return to base is something awesome "Woo! I survived!".

    But when hauling 3-5 times back to base just to deposit crystals from not so far away mine? Not fun. There should be an option to "Deposit all crystals whenever crystal…

  17. Reduce drones repair costs

    Please, decrease drone repair cost. Drone repair cost is so expensive that i can't earn money. For example, if you attack a mine protected by one Guardian, the cost of repairing the drone is 100, and the profit you can get from the mine is 50 or 25. This is the same when collecting spaceship debris. As a result, unless you have a lot of good luck, the more you play, the more you lose. This is a serious problem with the game balance, and i hope to fix it soon.

  18. People sitting out are blind in battles

    Ok with the changes to battle/wars some people are now sitting out which I understand because of trying to make it even. However it completely isolates those who are sitting out for that battle...we are still on crew and should be able to assist our team...can people sitting out get a flag so they have a idea whats going on and how to help their team? I am not asking that u let us score but we should be able to see whats going on..right now we can only see total individual scores and total crew scores...we should be able…

  20. Long Term Players Penalized

    It seems that players are being penalized for working the game and advancing their properties. The fees for the purchase of a property are at times even higher than the property itself. For instance, for me, the purchase for a 20 mill 2 star is 107 mill. The fees for a 275 mill property is 166 mill, that is also more tan a 50% fee. AT auction a player high in levels can only bid on one property while others can bid on 17 properties. This leaves many long term players no where to go in the game and a…
