  2. casino door

    I've only noticed this in my own casino but when I go up to the second floor and come back down to the first the door is not there. It's an easy fix for me as I just refresh the page and the door shows up but still thought I should mention it.

    Thanks for the feedback! We’ve finally tracked down the bug and fixed it. The fix should roll out with the next update.

    It only happened under very specific circumstances. We appreciate the bug report. Let us know if it crops up again.

  7. building permit mission

    Guys - second time of reporting this. Have now done 2 casino missions (slots and BlackJack) and in the Building permit mission still states I have completed none

    Thank you, Avas. We responded to the first ticket when it was posted.

    The building permit mission states that you must complete “a casino game mission series.” Which is a full 3-mission series for one of the casino game mission givers. You can retrieve the next in each mission series by speaking with the mission giver again.

    Each series goes from “Noob”, “Novice”, to “Professional.” Once you have completed Professional, you will have completed that step.

    Sorry about the misunderstanding. Please let us know if you have any more problems.

  9. blackjack split with double

    split and then double of the first split hand. dealer allows a hit on another card on the first split hand after the double card is dealt. this is an exploit against the game and should be fixed. thank you

  11. Question about tycoon

    I was wondering if 150 is the max/cap for customers and capacity. I assumed each upgrade on your casino (star upgrade) that it would increase, but I noticed no change from my 4 star to my 5 star so I was assuming it was capped. I have also done many upgrades and it has not changed.

    Nope, no cap. But it looks like you’ve done much better at the tycoon than we’d expected. The graphs capped at 150, and don’t adjust the scale after that level.

    So you are almost certainly getting higher numbers than that, but the graph isn’t showing it.

    The graphs will be fixed in the next update, and show you the correct scale.

  12. ATM Bug

    Well I vaulted well over 40 of my atms and waited for over 2 hours and it had no impact on my tycoon in doing so. No loss in security or profit (which is what they say the give) additionally I have noticed an annoying dot above the atms perhaps you could redo the graphics work for it to remove it

  13. Installing exterior items

    I purchased items for my Casino just west of town square,once they were placed they would disappear and a window would appear saying oops some thing and to report the bug. I had purchased two trees , 4 plants, and two fountains.

    If you click the “Revenue button” you can see a menu that shows exactly this! You’ll be able to see your present stats as well as a 30-day history of your casino’s revenue.

  16. Holiday Events/Themes

    With Halloween coming up I thought of how neat it would be to see this game have Holiday events/themes. For example around Halloween an event could offer limited clothing/outfits (ex: witch hat) or casino/plot decorations (ex: jack o'lantern) which could only be gained during that time by completing a certain mission/task or won by a slot machine which could also be based of the said Holiday such as Halloween themed with different symbols like zombies, bats, witch, pumpkins, etc. I believe this would encourage players to play more often as there is an excitement factor to obtaining limited edition items.…

  17. Poker Bug

    No clue how this happened but was just playing poker with pocketjokers, psychomaniac, and hemicude (away) pocketjokers raised all in and it auto called for both psychomaniac and myself resulting in us losing around 8-10k each. First time I have ever seen this happen out of my 700+ hands played.

  19. 50/50

    Every other game has the concept of this 50/50. You put up chips/gold and if someone else wishes to match it, the winner gets both. I think that it'd fit well with this game as well if placed properly. I think there should be a gambling table that you can put in your casino that allows you to play 50/50.

  20. poker bug booted from table unsure why

    serious poker bug had happen twice in a fairly long session where ill be playing get my stack built up then all of a sudden it folds me and kicks me from table so i have to rejoin and rebuyin for max and not keep my intial big stack its very frustrating as i like to play deepstack. not sure what is causing the bug but basically it just stands you up from the seat for no reason and doesnt let you buy back in for original amount
