  1. Game lost connection, will not load

    Not sure what the reason is, but I lost connection after upgrading some items around (11:40 pm est) and can not reconnect/reload the game, it sits at the red goldfire studios logo.

  3. Popularity Cap

    Is popularity capped at 1000? I can not seem to get above 1000 to help increase my customers to capacity ration :/

    You are correct, popularity was capped at 1000.

    That cap will be removed with the next update.

  4. toggle global chat off and on

    please add the ability to toggle global chat off or on. most software has this feature, and the global chat sometimes interferes with other items on the screen.

  5. Crime mission

    It never seems to tell me about a third suspect, neither if i re-enter the building, ask everyone a million times, they just say the same crap about the a useless victem, so it's like i have a % of chance to get the names of the suspects, which is like 60%/39%/1%(the last suspect). So yea, it's useless trying this mission, or even putting effort into it.

  8. poker tourney refund doesnt add back to stats?

    im pretty sure the tourney refunds when they dont start does not add back to the poker statistics bankroll balance

  9. Daily slots

    Maybe I am remembering the update wrong but I have noticed that I am not getting much from the daily slots lately today when I spun I won 900 chips and with the daily bonus showing 300% ending up getting 3600 chips in total.

    Just wondering if that is what is supposed to happen?

  11. vault upgrades per 5 casinos :) and after

    i think the vault upgrades should start doubling from the current max at 5 casinos open no matter what the current income and every successive 5 after that should be able to double again. and if the doubling gets rediculously high after awhile i think it should scale per 24 hours based on your income like. if you have TONS of income it should allow it to gain for AT LEAST 25 hours minimum before needing to clear vault.

  12. item in vault disapeard

    I had the 2 room dividing panels that came with my condo in my vault, I placed one of them back into my condo, and the other one out the volt vanished.

  14. [Janitor] No Career XP, Empty Shifts (screenshots provided)

    1. Multiple times per day I start a shift, only for the game to tell me "nothing to do here!" and sends me back home. These empty shifts give no XP and use up one of my daily shifts. I don't think empty shifts should count towards my daily shift limit.

    2. Even after refreshing my browser, I often receive no XP for good or exemplary shifts.

    Thank you for reporting this! It does appear empty floors were counting towards overtime.

    This will be fixed with the next update.

  15. chip race 5

    chip race 5 maze corners are causing player character to go back and forth in opposite directions (under the h shape in maze), and also hang up in the eastern most corner. adjusted pointer settings and the issues repeat in multiple settings. thank you.

  19. building permit mission broken

    building permit mission is not recognizing completion of the casino mission element.
    1) complete the series from slot, blackjack (did not test poker) npc and the building mission list shows the casino mission as 1/1
    2) this item on the building permit mission list is gray not green
    3) a reload or log off resets this element on the building mission list to 0/1 incorrectly
    4) the building mission will not allow the player to redo the slot series or blackjack series casino portion of the mission again.

    tested twice: once reload and once log off; same results
