  1. Environment Rating

    Not sure if this is a bug or not, my environment rating was 88, I moved my roulette table and it dropped to 55, so I moved the roulette table back to where it was and it stayed on 55.I thought I would give it some time but it now has been over 24 hours. I want my 88 back. Any ideas how or what I should do?? Here is a screen shot of the environmentrating and it is my Twilight Zone Casino in 1C3

    We took a look at the Twilight Zone, and it looks like everything is calculating correctly. Your design is excellent and you aren’t being penalized for anything. If you added a couple more casino games and hired an entertainer, you’ll see your environment go up even more.

    Did you happen to sell a casino game or fire an entertainer? That might have caused the drop.

  2. tournaments need more information about the tournament

    tournaments need way more information about the tournament every other software has this shows all the positions on a list not just the top can scroll down and see shows average stack largest stack smallest stack blind timer and intervals when the ante is going to be added etc etc the list goes on timebank etc please add these features as they are standard on every other poker software available thank you

  5. Blackjack: Insurance pays 1 to 1

    Table says Insurance pays 2 to 1 but insurance only pays 1 to 1. Example: Suppose the player does not have a blackjack, the dealer has an ace showing, the player buys insurance, and the dealer does have blackjack. What should happen is the dealer takes the player's game wager and the dealer pays 2 : 1 odds on the insurance side bet. Since the insurance-side bet is one half the value of the game wager the return should be -1 + .5 * 2 = 0. What happens is the return is -1 + .5 * 1 = -.5.…

    ChelseaDT explained it well:

    You can do this in your condo , this is where you first go to when you log into the game.

    Click on the mirror in your condo and then under the “body” tab simply click on either the male or female (in this case female) and this will change your avatar to female

    Also please remember to click save in the top right corner once you have seleted female so it will save.

    Please let us know if you encounter any other troubles.

    every time i get the message "a high roller visited and lost" it takes several clicks to close it, like there are multiple pop ups for same one.

  10. Encourage Faster Poker Playing

    Players that don't use the selection buttons when it's not their turn slow the game down. A table of 9, 6 players in play and the 6th player uses the entire clock to check? Is pretty ridiculous. There should be a little bubble that points to the boxes that can be selected explaining what they do in detail. Some but very few players claim they don't work. I've never had an issue with them. But I feel like most players don't use them because they don't know they can or don't know what will happen if they do.

  11. Auction bug when being outbid.

    I was bidding on an item in the auction house, there were a few of us bidding, so I was out bid a few times in seconds, for some reason this has caused the game to pay me back the funds I bid more then once, or something along those lines because I lost the bid and walked away about 6 million chips up. (this being around one bid for the item)

  12. Tournament Table Merging

    The 2am EST tournament. I don't know what it was called. 19 people registered there were 3 tables and I was on a table with just 2 other people. It dropped to 16 and there were still only 3 of us. At some point it was only 2 of us.

  13. game quit loading on firefox. what do i do? :(

    i wake up today and refresh but only get a msg saying theres a problem. all other tabs work. had to mess with yahoo a bit but it works now. this one does not. ihave tried for hours, no luck.

  15. Janitor Bug

    If you are working as a janitor and have some supplies left, you can teleport to your condo and when you leave the condo, you spawn at 0A0 and are still wearing a janitor uniform.

  17. Game Sounds

    Can you please separate the casino sounds (I don't mean the music) from the poker sounds? Kind of hard to listen to music while waiting to listen for the turn signal...while listening to people chattering and slot machines spinning. Could you please separate the background noise from the actual poker table sounds? PLEASE?!

    You mentioned earlier it would post a notice to my goldfire network toolbar when someone out bit me, just to let you know it did not do this. The only reason I was aware I was out bid was because my chips I bid were returned to me.
