Paid 250 cps and waited 3 days for upgrade, now when I click on complete upgrade it tells me I have to pay another 250 cps.

im not sure if i am supossed to write here im new i found a flyer mission i failed it had to find fogs casino when i come on now or refesh it still is telling me i failed fogs mission why is that please and how do i take it away thank you so much

Suggestions on crew system
1° Friendship is an important part in this comunity, I believe a lot of people here raised their friendship through being part on a same crew... Sometimes doesn't happen because the reasons to join a crew isn't interesting.
Rarely there's a battle going on, but when does, people from others crews, people who has no crew feels the excitation they wanna know whats going on, how it's going on and who's winning.
In other words, friendship keeps players willing to come back in the next day.2° Removing the battle protection option, the battles are important…

Tournament Balancing
12 people signed up for the midnight madness tables 6435 and 6477. The tournament started and the people were split up 9 on one table and 3 on the other.

Items outside condo walls
I have items from bombs outside of my condo walls.

Members of crews should not be allowed to buy Party Bombs when in a Crew Battle
When in a crew battle for experience, members of either crew should not be able to purchase a party bomb.

Time In Between Battles
A crew that has been in a battle should have 7 day protection and shouldn't be able to challenge another crew for 7 days either. What's happening right now is just crews battling inactive crews to move up the ranks. Barely any real battles are being played right now. If it's a bug please fix.

playings jungle slot stuck in bonus round
I played jungle slot and got a bonus round. i clic on first icon, go to the second door, clic another, going thru another door until i get only 2 button, i clic on the 2 button, nothings happen, just the button turn a little bit, clic kick door, nothings happen and try to get out and take look but nothing happens too

We’ve also updated your player record so that you will no longer experience the bug, and have automatically unlocked a jungle slot machine for you (which would have been your reward).

We have some updates to the goldfire.me platform in the works that will allow better management of this, but in the meantime we are happy to take care of this manually. Just to be clear, we never store any credit card information on our services, that is all handled through one of the largest credit card processors online, Stripe.

I was playing slots in my room while updating was going on & won 2 white flags when I reloaded to get my vault back the flags were not there. Everything else was though:) thank you for your time it is very much appreciated & have a wonderful day:)
1 voteAfter looking through the logs, it looks like it was actually a visual bug caused by the update disconnection. However, I’ve now added a white flag to your vault.

Cannot log into my account or use password reset
I tried to log in with what I know be be my password and it would not work, I tried to use the reset link and every time I try to enter a new password it comes up with "there was an error logging out of your account" I tried sending a reset email to myself 4 times and on the forth try also trying to make a whole different password. still no luck :-(

Missing gold
I had 500 gold left on my account when I signed off earlier this morning and now I have zero.
I am very frustrated to say the least.
I have also gotten 3 people to come to this site but the tab for them to view my casino never worked.

No Coin over simons head or cop and mail lady.
desiree1985 is trying to complete the permit mission. She can not talk to the cop or the mail lady. when asked to check shes unlocked them through Simon she has found she can also not talk to Simon. She has refreshed but is still unable to talk to them.

Crew Protection Timer
A timer that shows how long you are protected from battle. (when protection isn't bought through the bank)
