  1. crews inactive

    Please set up game guidelines to remove crews that are locked and no member has logged in for x (1,2,3..) number of months. This is a partial list of crews with no active members for two months and longer:
    Full House 5 months
    Titans 3 months
    Spin City 3 months
    The Dynasty 5 months
    Poker Kings 4 months
    topdog crew wins all 3 months
    Furry Gamblers (18+) 8 months

  2. Slot Sprint Chatting

    For a few brief yet delightful days, we were able to chat locally while in slot sprints or just playing games in our casinos. This was an awesome feature and we miss it. Please bring back the ability to chat locally while in games. Makes War and Battles much funner when you can still chat with your team during back 2 back sprints.

  4. when you unfriend

    when you unfriend a player to have away that the player don't show up in the friend chat. you unfriend someone they still show up so why unfriend them you never can get rid of them. haha

  5. Slot sprint issue

    What is wrong with the slot sprints? I am in a sprint with someone. The yellow lines were moving for awhile. Now they're not moving at all. Can't complete the sprint and can't get it off of the screen. There is no cancel button. Here's a screenshot: http://imgur.com/sGlWnOM

  7. The ability to turn off global chat and leave the crew chat on.

    Due to the influx of people, global chat has became harder to manage for some players. I think having the ability to turn off the global portion of chat but still allow for crew chat to run would alleviate some of the hostility we are seeing in global chat. Thanks!

  8. No 60 day medal

    I see where I have my 30 day and my 90 day medals.. but not my 60.. It is probably a visual glitch.. but could it be sorted out please?

    Even after cancelling a battle, after 24 hours we get the notification in the goldfire notifications as well as the announcement at the top of the screen

  11. Missing Address (E1N6-6?)

    Bought Casino today - now it has no address - location is between E1N6-5 and -7 so I assume it is -6 .

  12. Missing Address Coordinates - (E6N3-4)

    My crew mate - HelloItsMe purchased a property today and renamed it "The Man Cave". When she went to give us the new location she noticed that the coordinates were missing.

    We contacted a CA - Avishkar-11 - who said it was a bug and needed to be fixed by support. He told us the address should be E6N3-4. Would appreciate you assitance on this matter. Thanks

  13. Battle Votes

    I think there should be an option to set your account to always vote yes for battle, if your like me then sometimes you'll miss out on voting because your at work. I'm always up for battle, so I'd like to set my account to always vote yes for battle.

  14. War Chat Tab in Large Window

    I have noticed that when the War chat tab is activated I can only view older chat posted on any of the chat windows. To view any recent chats I must close the large chat window and read the quick chat. i have asked others if they are experiencing the same thing and others say they have trouble with the War chat on the large screen so they only use the quick chat when war is on.

    Hi guys,

    i am wondering why you didnt make buildings seethrough when the avatar walks behind it? It already does that if i have a mail mission. It would make it alot easier to navigate behind buildings.

  17. Crew Ranking

    As we all seem average scoring ,need to be improve , my suggestion , In each Crew member there be an option , Battle off ( I like to call it house wife) , Meaning that crew member will not count in battle .

  18. Stuck in a Poker sprint

    Im new at this so i am not sure if i started to sprint or if someone else did - i tried to invite other people to it and it says its already started. when i click on the coin its shaded out and the window then only shows what my objective is - no place to click start- i went into a poker hand and won but never got points which is what the sprint says we need to do is get the most points . SOMEONE HELP

  19. how do you place items ouside of your casino

    when i go outside i cannot access my inventory box on right side. the map comes up. how do i find inventory and place flags outside

    Go to your phone (next to your chips on the left) click Properties , then edit lot underneath the property you wish to edit. You will then see the vault and shop options on the right hand side

  20. game freezes and doesnt give cp/cash when suppose to

    when I play slots it shows cp but doesn't give it to me and the last piggy I received around 11:30 am est didn't give me cash
