    There is no block on the permissions on your account that i can see, so you should still have them. Try clearing your cache. If they do not come back please send us a ticket and we will look into it in more detail.

  2. floor tiles

    Hi james.
    my floors that I design and I add to the design as i add things to the floor. Twice now I had doorways with 1cp tiles extending in. so approx. 28 tiles at 1 cp. and the rest of the flooring was the light tan free cp tile. After the update, (which my first occurrance was with black and teal (1cp teal speckles) at gemstone. anyway to make this NOT confusing. i have laid down more 1cp tiles around objects, to blend in with my sand floor.   4. Cannot place 'jumping water arch' exclusive on lot

    I cannot place 'jumping water arch' on certain positions of the lot. when i try and rotate the arch it appears in between 2 tiles. when i position it in the available tile space it still appears as red and unable to place. This is frustrating!! Others i have spoken with are experiencing the same issue.

    Also i continuously get it showing me to build a casino on a lot which already has a casino on it. http://prntscr.com/btx6gn would be more than happy to have 2 casinos on the 1 lot, lol

  5. Stacking Upgrades - Not Woking, lost CP

    • Placing an item from vault
    • Upgrading item to lvl 2-> selecting normal upgrade
    • Select same item.
    • Upgrading item to lvl 3 -> selecting normal upgrade
    • Finalise Changes -> yes (lvl 1 neon poker to lvl 3 neon poker 21cp + chips

    result = 21cp + instant fee being taken from account. (should be no instant cost, nothing disclosed about it needing to be instant before upgrading to lvl3)

    after refresh...... table is now in vault back as lvl1. no refund of cp.

    I just lost 53cp.
    other people have just lost many more 400cp.

    please fix!!!

  6. Trash wont clear and wont let me hire janitors

    i bought a new casino at auction, W5S5-6,

    i clear the trash but it comes right back.
    i hire janitors and get rid of bartender but it wont save.

  7. purchase disappeared

    I bought a giant conch for my display at 10,000 chips and 25 cp's. I even saved it with the Editor, and it was part of my centerpiece on my third floor of my 4th floor in my new casino w4s2-16, but it disappeared and it didn't go in my vault. I can't find it anywhere. Is there anyway omeone could find out what happened?

  8. viewing battle or war scores after its over

    when the battles or war ends , it would be nice to still see the scores etc after its over maybe view details of battle " link" would be good, include individual scores and leaderboards etc since many times we are offline when it's over.Just the final score is not enough! Thanks, I know many would really like this!

  10. The new delete button should be moved.

    I think the new player delete button should be moved to where the black chip is. It is to easy to accidentally click it when scrolling threw chat. Especially for those who might shack a little.CrazyMike

  11. Sound

    For the last few weeks whenever I join a poker game I lose my sound and have to refresh, and today that didn't even help.I like to hear the signal when it is my turn. Anyone else having problems with the sound??

    About the new mission, this is just my opinion and I am probably in the
    minority but I just wasted a week of my time tying to complete the mission. I got stuck on #11 the 8 wins in a row for roulette. I had so much time invested in the mission I could not do the CA event. I had to keep playing the mission. I ignored everything else just to complete the mission. I got 7 in a row, the 8th one was in the slot but the mission failed cause the wheel was not completely stopped. So…

  14. bomb swaps

    when doing bomb swaps in my bomb room, I can't sell items while other player is there. They have to refresh each time I sell to get my sold items of the floor

  19. Golden Joker mission

    After waiting a month to start the Golden Joker mission again i got the Jack of diamonds but had to refresh 2 times before the mission giver would give me the Jack, when i clicked on her for the next card mission i only get the announcement that I Have Got The Joker and i need to exchange all my cards for it, i only have the Jack of diamonds and 1 week to get the rest but she will not give me those missions. Not Good.

    this player bought a bomb for a party at his casino and while travel outside of his casino, it somehow did not send items to many of us players. i am writing on his behalf..we could see it going off BUT NO items.
    Just wanted to mention that.
