I have suggested this before and nothing happened. It is demoralising to be doing those challenges in a large crew and feel like you are taking most of the brunt for the whole team, it can affect how much time you can put towards your own personal score. Don't get me wrong I actually like the team challenges but there has to be something like what is suggested here or a reward system for those that help over the amount required. OR start a small crew and it is bliss lol if everyone does their part it should not feel like a struggle :)
