    I constantly am not getting private messages. Have to refresh and then sometimes they are there...and other times they are not.

    There is a planned overhaul of the goldfire private messaging system soon. There is a few known issues with the system at present that are being looked at , thanks for your feedback

  3. bonus on jungle slots

    it would be nice to see the jungle slots pay something even if u dont make it to the end. its very frustrating and discouraging to play and not get anything especially when u get thru several doors then set off a trap

  10. schedule for CA

    How about scheduling at least one CA on at all times ? I hear people complaining everyday that no CA is on to answer or help when needed. It has become a topic that has frustrated many of the players and they have been discussing it in global chat. They said there are 12 or 13... but no one ever responds when someone asks for one.

  11. warning player's their listed casino can not be sold when closed.

    I've seen a few players that have listed a casino then close them, not knowing this prevents the casino from being sold. It would be nice to have some sort of warning with an "are you sure?" question letting the player know this will be the case when trying to shut a listed casino.

    I have ran into an issue when bidding. I have been able to place bids but for some reason when a bid gets to around 3 minutes i get an error message station that the auction has ended. this has happened to me 3 times while bidding on Easter roulette tables in the last 24 hours. Subsequently i have lost these bids. I needed these tables to better my casino and have won these auctions before this has just recently began to happen. Please address.     you're allowed to have a maximum of 5 chat windows open -- which means sooner or later you will want to chat with someone and not be able to since you have 5 already open. I know (now) that there is a little wee x in the corner but black on black? I did not see it. I cannot be the only person with older eyes. Could the 'x' be changed to some other colour so it shows up? any colour but black

  16. slots rebet keyboard shortcut

    slots should have a button and/or a keyboard shortcut that rebets the last bet including the autospins. example(i'm betting 15 lines, 20 per at 300 per spin, 10 spins.) Each keystroke or button will play another 10 spins of $300 per.

  17. Display items that have 3 or more repairs

    With the auto fixer in place there is no way to tell how the items are doing and if they are getting close to replacing. Would need to know the casino, floor and item name that is repair 3 or higher.
    This would help in determining how long before a replacement is needed. Otherwise would need to wait until 5th repair and hopefully it will tell you where the item is :)

  19. Slot Sprint for 1000 chips only gives half the winnings

    If you slot sprint for 1000 bet each person, it gives the same reward in chips as when you slot sprint for 500 bet. For example, if two people sprint with 1000 chip bet, the winnings is 950 chips. If you sprint two people for 500, it is also 950 chips winnings. This used to work correctly and give 1900 chips to winner for 1000 bet with two people sprinting but has been broken at least since the last update.
