Can you provide more details about what exactly you mean by this and what you are seeing?
An error occurred while saving the comment i will say same the daily slot is slow like it is pulling on the system trying to work right. i had a big fully loaded gaming computer and some thing is wrong with the daily slot its like it dont want to spin some times it takes along time like sec,s to work .

I just checked the logs for both of these tournaments. In the “Bi-Daily 25 CP Turbo” last night you went out in 3rd place and were awarded 52CP, which I can confirm was added to your account. You had 472 CP when the tournament started, you won 11 CP while playing and spent 4 CP on table items. You had 531 CP at the end of the tournament. I’m able to track the same on the second and see that you were awarded 39 CP. We are looking into the possibility that it didn’t visually show this for some reason.

Do you know the usernames of anyone else that is having this issue so we can see if there are any patterns linking you together to help us narrow it down? Are you getting an error messages? When you say you have to refresh going into casino sometimes, what exactly happens (error, stuck on loading screen, etc — and if stuck on loading screen, is it just a black screen or does the loading indicator keep animating)?

We pushed out a fix for the black screen issue yesterday evening, are you still seeing that? Also, are you still seeing the same message on these 2 casinos?

when you have a person come in and tell you your casino looks like crap or worse i see fights in the global
if you cant afford the cps 2 things to do is buy the gold like i do or spin and play the games to get the cps.
the limits and timers around here is getting out of control
