I like this idea but worry about who will be the "independent" review committee. If it is any of the CAs then why do it? Also what would be the time frame? Tickets take days or weeks or never. To rule on something really needs to be done with-in 24 hours. It also needs to be posted somewhere. By this I mean, for example if a CA chat bans someone (this is seen by everyone right away) and then the review committee says it was wrong, it needs to be shown that action has been taken. That way people will see the system works. If it not posted, people will not know and will assume the system does not work.

Well Enchaant, just like in the NFL, we don't see them all. Would have to figure out a system to grade the CAs.

Enchaant, no one expects the CA's to be here 24/7. Just to be fair to all.

who should do the grading, that is to be determined. But like in the NFL they are grading on all plays not just one. there seems to be times where CAs will enforce rules for some and ignore others. putting in tickets for this does nothing,

So why would you post Anonymous? Does it matter there are more ex-CAs then current CAs? Why would we assume that since there are more ex-CAs the system works? Maybe some of the ex-CAs feel the system does not work and that is why they stopped being a CA. I do not know, I have never been a CA. From my own experience, I have not been in global for over a year. Why? I posted a question in global that did not break any of the chat rules, yet a CA decided to delete my post. Did the CA whisper me and tell me why they deleted my post? No. Did the CA PM me as to why they deleted my post? No. Respect is a 2 way street. If a CA respects me, I will do the say. If a CA does not respect me, I won't respect them.
