War colored boxes over head
Not sure what to do but there has to be a better way to designate which side you are on - maybe just a colored border - change the the screenname to the team color but I find walking around the screen for 5 days with this box annoying - might just be me

Hair
Hi, I purchased some new hair, then thought I would like a different style so went back and bought another style, figured then I would have at least 2 styles, later went back to change it again and realized I now only owned the latest one I bought. I thought anything that you bought was yours. So the original hairstyle, which I had purchased before the update I had was now gone and also the first one I bought was gone. Is this a bug or do we not get to keep what is purchased?

1 voteThis is how it has always been setup, only clothes are “owned.” In real life you couldn’t simply “swap” out hairstyles and colors like you can clothes, you would have to go get your hair done.

someone getting in casino while enterence is blocked
Today l got a message of someone visiting my casino (Hybris W1N1-2). This shouldn't be possible becouse l blocked the enterence.

34 votesObviously giving a player an “allowance” isn’t something that can or would be done, which is why this is being marked as declined. However, it is spot-on that all players should be treated with respect, and this is something that is outlined in the game rules and in our handbook for Community Ambassadors. Respect has nothing to do with not liking someone. It is within everyone’s right to not like someone, but all should give and receive respect and then everyone can enjoy the game and community. This is absolutely what we strive for.

we have blackjack missions..how long are you going to have the blackjack tables cheat before you correct it?..win 4 blackjack hands..in 4 hrs i won 1 blackjack hand while every time i turned around the dealer was getting a blackjack. You place a bet over 1k coins and 99% of the time the dealer wins!!!!..FIX THIS!!!..I have a 44% win percentage on blackjack and am -1.2mil on it cause it cheats!!!! I've posted this 2 other times with no reply on forums or email..This is rediculous..I may pay money on here to play but if you don't get this right…
3 votesThere is no “Cheat” on the blackjack table. They are set the same as real casino with the same payouts , some you win some you lose , all part of blackjack. As for the missions sometimes it can take you a while and sometimes you will complete it within a few mins, thats just the way a casino goes!

Temporary chat bans are not really doing anytjing. How about hitting them in the wallet for chips and cp's. ?

Battle
I think doing an average stinks for battle./ Points are points. The bomb think is a good idea but the new point system isn't far.probly won't waste time one crews or battles i will see.
1 voteThe point in the average is to make it fair for all crews no matter the crew size. It is a far better way to keep it fair for all players and the smaller crew who struggle to get more members.

…All that needs to be done is just make it so you cant paly poker on the same table with multi accounts on the same ip address, and get rid of chip transfers. Transferring chips has never work out for me so I can lose it. I am willing to pay for citizenship on 2 accounts why cant I have 2. Thats just crazy get the real money from 2 accounts not just one. If you keep banning players that want to play with two accounts, you wont be around long. Just let us do it. But regulate8 votes -

I think it is redickulass of the goudging that is going on with casino owners. I own 10 casino , if I want to buy any more it costs me at least 4 time more then a new person starting out or a level 30 person, this is not far to us, where a casino to some to buy would cost them 400 cp, the same on is worth to me 1098 cp,s plus mega dollars amounts on top of that , I sugest every thing should be equal for every one to buy proppertys
5 votesEverything is equal. Everyone with 10 casinos pays the same and everyone with no casinos pays the same. Changing the fee structure would break the economy and balance of the game.

when going to crew house -- EXIT shows and when pressing takes back to originating area
This may have been reported before but Crazy Aces crewhouse when clicking on lot from the crew menu will bring up exit and not allow you to enter.
However if you go there e0s5 it works fine -- only from the LOT menulet me know if there is something else that needs to be done. Other members having the same issue.

1 voteThis is correct. The “lot” option on your crew screen is for managing the lot similar to how you manage casinos. It is not a quick travel method
