  1. medals for levels higher then 100

    Many people are hitting some high levels now...the highest level in the game at this moment is level 124. I'd like to ask that you add more medals or some added incentives to level...our bet increases have all stopped and the last medal we get is casino god at level 100. It requires a lot of xp to level when we get that high. Just think it would be nice to have some added incentives to keep leveling other then just the increase in xp we get as we level. Like maybe a medal at lev 150 and lev 200?

  2. Red light Green light

    It would be much easier if a red light and green light was added to the elevator floors. If your 2nd floor is VIP and was NOT locked you would see a red light on that floor number. If the 2nd floor is VIP and locked you would see a green light on that floor number. Having a light would make this easier on everyone.

  3. 5 Min bombs on 2x day

    Hi James, what do you think about having the bomb time down to 5 mins only on 2x day? can we have a vote on it and maybe make it happen? What do you think?

  4. People sitting out are blind in battles

    Ok with the changes to battle/wars some people are now sitting out which I understand because of trying to make it even. However it completely isolates those who are sitting out for that battle...we are still on crew and should be able to assist our team...can people sitting out get a flag so they have a idea whats going on and how to help their team? I am not asking that u let us score but we should be able to see whats going on..right now we can only see total individual scores and total crew scores...we should be able…

  6. Long Term Players Penalized

    It seems that players are being penalized for working the game and advancing their properties. The fees for the purchase of a property are at times even higher than the property itself. For instance, for me, the purchase for a 20 mill 2 star is 107 mill. The fees for a 275 mill property is 166 mill, that is also more tan a 50% fee. AT auction a player high in levels can only bid on one property while others can bid on 17 properties. This leaves many long term players no where to go in the game and a…

  7. PM / Notifications blocking my radar (exocraft) / blocking my poker commands (CasinoRPG) 

    PM system shows up on bottom right of screen, sometimes blocking exocraft radar, and also of more concern; completely blocking poker commands (bottom right etc). 
Aligning the menubar to the left has no effect on PM's. 
Ive misclicked this one open to a full pm more than once, during a super-turbo poker game. Believe me - they notice if u ride the timer.

    This is already available, though in a slightly different way. If you go into the chat, click settings in the top right, then click on yourself in the list. You’ll have the option to remove yourself from the group, which will remove the conversation from your list.

  10. New search option for exclusive/limited items in vault plz

    Is there anyway we could make a search category for our exclusive (limited) items in the vault?? I know we can type in the name but sometimes i dont know which item i really want so i scroll through. This option would really help me when making exclusive only floors & seems like it should be able to be done kind of easily im hoping since they all say limited. Sometimes i dont remember the exact names of the holiday trophies etc. Or just want to see how many of each exclusive i have to make a floor. i always…

  11. Bring back the xp,s , make it a straight play game

    It is time to relook at the battles and war levels of points . The lower levels do not have any kind of chance of beetting a higher level crew because of the point spread of the levels that are out there , Bring back the xp,s and leave out the buying or receving of the bombs , bars . now . some have 3300 bet or higher , why play a crew with this kinda bets when your going to lose every time a battle or war % do not work even at this levels for smaller players .…

  13. Issue w/Bomb ignition blindly behind map screen

    Please fix BOMBS from going off during trophy event chases.. I clicked map to use my citizenship feature and collect the HOTDOGS from this event and somehow where I can't see My bomb on head, behind map, it got ignited. Lost it in transportation and now I am out 50cps as well. ugh

    Hi , Sorry to hear about that. I will do some testing to try and replicate this and if there is a bug get it fixed.

    In this instance i have gone ahead and refunded you 50 CP for another bomb.

  15. More then 1 head CA

    There are so many times when the CA's say take it up with Chelsea or we can't do anything put in a ticket. How about making more then 1 head CA for the different times of the day so that they can actually help?

    There is already 2 Head CAs who cover opposite time zones. Sirsnap and Zariz. If one of them is not around of cant help with your problem then its not a CA issue and a ticket should be submitted

  17. item search on games

    Hot dog hunt, I like the hunts and even though it takes a long time to hit 25 a day, what really takes the time is when the hot dog is over a game. You get close and go into a game. you get out of the game and grab the hot dog and go back into the game. can you make it so the items are not on a game?

  18. bingo bug

    Had 6 keys at the game around 04:50 server, didn't get to play them because the game bugged, tried to leave and enter, that didn't work either, and I knew it was between games, when I came back in, I wasn't permitted to play.

  19. Display actual income for upgraded games

    Hi, I like the new stats interface, it's convenient, visually appealing and easy to navigate. I especially like the mouse-over flip for each vault item that display its trophy value, income, trash output and security.

    However, those are the basic item stats. Once an item or game is upgraded, that changes. It would be nice to see the new stats for games that have been leveled up. Or, just let me know the percentage increase for each level. Is it a 25% increase or .25% increase in income, trophy, security and trash?

  20. My Suggestion is ...

    My suggestion that I would truly love this game to have is a feature. The feature is for crew leaders. We already have the feature to opt out of challenges in our settings. This being said, I as a crew leader among Many I have spoken with, wish there was a opt out of WAR feature in our crew settings. It's truly a shame that we have to babysit our banks in order not to become part of the wars that occur here every 4-6 weeks. I admit some players love War and have the time and efforts for it.…
