  3. firefox user had no rebuy button

    some firefox user couldnt figure out how to rebuy in poker and had no rebuy button they said. i also notice when i make the window smaller or larger(in chrome not firefox) it messes up the buttons on the top until i press global chat and close it then it comes back but this is on chrome and the person was not able to even see the rebuy button after doing global chat thing on firefox

  6. Has the zone generation trigger changed?

    Zone 1D2 has only 3/20 plots still for sale but its a corner zone on the map, the adjacent zones haven't been generated. I thought it was when 16 had sold in a zone it triggered the adjacent zones to populate? I did a quick walk round, no other edge zone has anywhere like so few available plots. Another little bug I noticed is that while you float the mouse over a sold property it correctly says 'not for sale', but if you click it then it says 'great choice' albeit with no price or purchase button.

  8. blackjack and slot mission no reward

    neither blackjack mission 1 or slot mission 1 paying chip rewards for third day in a row when you go to the mission giver with completed mission. 8k chips not rewarded at 5:39 cst jan 13, 2014; browser chrome.

    This will be fixed in the next update.

    The server is giving you the correct award, which you can see if you refresh so no chips or xp have been lost.

    This is a bug that occurs if you exit from a slot machine mid-spin. Updates to your chips and casino points are incorrectly delayed, so you won’t see them until you refresh.

    Sorry for the frustrating bug. The fix will be pushed out very soon.

  9. Jackpots "reset"

    I think the Jackpots for the games need to reset at a certain number rather than zero when won. I seen that last few blackjack jackpots won were mostly below 10k. Perhaps when someone wins the blackjack jackpot it could be reset at 25k so you are guaranteed a nice amount when winning it. Same thing with slots and poker. Perhaps this will help encourage people to play the game mores as the jackpot will seem more exciting and rewarding rather than "JACKPOT - 1,206"

    Our logs show that you were awarded 4000 chips for completion of the bj professional mission. Did your chip count not update correctly? And after refreshing, did you happen to see the correct amount?

    Just in case, we’ve given you the correct mission reward of 4000 chips.

  13. work job shift

    work job shift accepted and shift started. zero work completed on shift, on a casino with slots, and player finishes shift. minimum chips for the job paid to player, should be no chips paid to player.

    No, you don’t have to do anything to update. That is one of the advantages of the game running in the browser, everything is automatic. If a new version is released while you are playing, you simply have to reload the game to get the new version. You can see the current version in the bottom right corner of the screen for the first 60 seconds you are logged in.

  18. Tutorial Bug it says error player

    I can't do anything. I can't walk outside either. All i can do is walking around my condo. I think i logged off while the tutorial was on. I think this is the problem. When i'm trying to change clothes or walk outside the door, it tells me something like "Wait before walking outside. I have to show you something...". And i can choose between 2 answears. "Make it quick!" or "Okay!". Whatever i answear, nothing is happening. I'm just waiting. Please fix this bug.

    Thanks for pointing this out. We changed how the tutorial worked a few months ago, so it appears if you had started the tutorial before that and are coming back now, it is broken. This should now be fixed.

  19. New level restriction on slot machines makes them not work anymore?

    I'm not quite sure if this is really what's happening, but I've built quite an amount of slot machines that now have the level 15 requierment on them while I have been lower then that. I'm still level 14 right now, working on 15, but I've noticed my income in my casino drop significantly right after that update. Is it true that these slot machines aren't working right now cause I'm not high leveled enough, or is it for some other reason that my income dropped? Because when I walk into my casino, there's never a single npc on those…
