  1. Getting kicked off poker tables

    Sometimes while in the middle of a poker hand the game will auto fold my hand and then kick me off the table before the next hand starts. I've had this happen multiple times.

  2. chat settings

    system resets all chat settings to default hidden global chat, hidden crew chat and quick chat every time you refresh, reload or logout and login.

  3. There is bug with the verified email

    I have gotten to where you would buy your 1st casino but it says I have not verified it when I went back to the email and went to the link it says I have done it and try again I refreshed the page and browser and the computer it self.Sill nothing And I have also refreshed the game but still nothing.

  4. Crew Email Newsletter

    Would be great for the leaders of the crew to have an option to email a quick update to all crew members. Of course, crew members would have the option to opt-out.

    Why? Let crew know about upcoming battles, remind about CP donations, get players back in game, personal touch.

    This would help boost engagement between crew and leaders as well as bring returning players back to the game.

    E-mails now go out for battles and wars, and we may add more to this feature to make it a little more configurable in future updates. Crew members can opt out of this from the Game Settings screen.

  5. Cannot sell casino points

    Hello,

    I cannot list casino points for sale. It tells me I have to verify my email, et when I click the verify email link in my in box, it tells me my email has already been verified.

    If you can offer any advice I would appreciate it.

  6. Double Experience

    signed on - no double flag - refreshed 3 times - finally came out - no doubling - I'm just getting the plus 25% experience bonus - I have now lost over 1000 xp's in just 5 missions 8:15am site time

  9. poker table frozen

    poker table medium roller (I think) at mayors mansion has been frozen that sense last night , cant play any other poker game because I am not a premium member and there for cant complete poker noob challenge please help. Ps I have tried leaving the table several times and refreshing the web page too

  11. Royal Flush

    I thought I got a royal straight flush during the 6pm (UK time) tournament tonight but it said straight flush. I'm pretty sure there was an ace on the table and I had the queen. Any way of checking?

  12. New slots

    It is very fun and addicting to unlock jungle and wild west themed slots, my suggestion is to add new slots: universe theme (slots and decorations) or middle ages (with statues, etc).
    other idea is to make some weekly challenges, for example fastest in chips run, slots spins, hands won, etc.

  13. Bird splatters

    Is the bird splatter supposed to be related to the pigeon pass?

    I've found that I get bird splatter on my screen even if I've passed the pigeon successfully after starting the mission.

    I'm not sure what the expected behavior is, so I can't tell if it's a bug or not. I don't have it on my head, but I still see the splatter.

  14. Chips from slot bug

    I believe I got like 10k too much chips from a slot mashine bug. Right before the bonus spins ended I got the chips the bonus round had accumulated and then again after the final spin. Not saying I'm complaining but I figured I'd report it :P It's not happening anymore though so I wonder if you fixed it already or I did something special to make that happen.

    This is likely due to a delayed reward of chips during spins. Marking as complete.

  17. Players under level 10 should still be able to view Real Estate information

    Players under level 10 should still be able to view information about available plots/costs (rather than just the default message about level 10 being required). It would probably incentivise them to stick around to make said level.

  20. Better mobile platform support?

    Have better support for people who use mobile devices. it will load up but no scrolling/ keyboard support yet
