  1. Slot sprint

    Invited to slot sprint 24 hours ago. Sprint started and after a few min stopped registering points. Slot Sprint challenge icon still on screen below map. No way to get rid of it.

    I talked to James and found the mission giver an I ended up getting a pop up that said "Oops Unable to complete mission"

  4. Daily Bonus

    Hi. I just logged in at 10:14 pm PST and it said it was my first day. Not true. I have been logging in everyday and was up to 34 days or so. I guess I am confused as to why it said this was a new day. I should still have my 300% bonus.

    We see that you logged in at 12:12AM CDT. The counters reset at midnight CDT (since the game is built that timezone).

    Since you were so close to the mark, we’ve given you the days back. The server will automatically reset these at 10:00AM PST if there is no activity on the account during the day.

  5. Not getting points on 3rd time doing Jobs

    After doing entertainer job for I think 3rd time (Last time before overtime) even though it say I earn exp points none are awarded.

    The first overtime shift of the day showed an xp reward although there wasn’t one.

    i got 5 free spins and i was sent to the bonus where you pick one and screen locked , so i refreshed and lost my other 4 free spins.

    The server accounts for this problem. If you receive free spins and disconnect or leave the machine, the server will automatically roll them if you leave a slot machine to make sure you get the fair payout.

    We’re looking into the cause of the screen freeze.

  7. The bartender shift isn't working, I am at janitor 11, it says new position available and i click APPLY but nothing happens.

    I have tried applying for the bartender job everyday for a week now. Refreshed browser, and click on job shift but nothing ever happens.

  9. Poker - hands duplicating

    I have just had the same hands duplicated upto 4 times in a row. I am not the only player finding this.

    One hand i could see i had pocket sevens and went all in when there was a 7 on the flop and the other player said i turned over 3,4.

  11. helping to get to a casino

    hello ,
    as you know when people come to lose there chips at my casino i have to stand out side for them to know what casino it is ..
    is there any chance of say being able to have a sign or a moving message board that we can hire for chips or even cp to direct the players to my casino
    this can be placed at cross roads or even at a taxi rank nearest the casino
    just an idea

  13. Piggy Bank Animation During Slot Play

    I was spinning the machine and when someone picked up the piggy bank the piggy bank animation showed on my screen coming out of the spin button. 9:34pm Sunday

  14. Slots Sprint

    I accepted 2 slot sprints and only the first one was recording what I won. I believe I accepted the 2nd one late. I had the window open but didn't accept for a while. When I had accepted the sprint had already started. It didn't record what I was winning in the second sprint.

  15. Citizenship

    My citizenship was due to expire on 6-15-14 so today on 6-14-14 I spent 400 gold to renew it for 3 months, and it shorted me 2 days, it now will expire on 9-13-14,It should expire on 9-15-14, Can this be fixed please?

  17. wont let me finish misson

    I finished the slot professional and it wont let me collect my reward it says I have a mission I haven't completed it yet. the only mission I haven't completed is getting the permit for a casino

    Sorry that you’ve run into an issue.

    The mission no longer exists so we’re unable to check its status (and see what the problem was). Are you having any other problems completing missions?
