  2. Bonus Round on Tiki Slots

    When the bonus round is complete on the Tiki looking slot machines the web page tears and I have to refresh to get it back to looking "normal".

  3. vault selling from anywhere

    My grandmother plays CasinoRPG. However, she isn't very tech savvy. In fact, she only plays slots. She doesn't own nor does she ant to own a casino, however, her vault is full from daily slots item wins. She isn't allowed to sell them because of the fact she doesn't own a casino. Should there be a way to access your vault and sell the items regardless of owning a casino, customers would have an extra source of ''income'' for their game of choice should they not want a casino.

  4. The slots won't let me play when im drunk.

    When I get 4 drinks from my (not likeable) barman, I cant play the slots ;( I have to go a floor down, or up, or anywhere, and then I can play the slots again! Please fix.

  7. slots mission experience payouts

    At my current level (31) I should get 100 experience for completing both slots missions but recently I have been getting less ranging from high 70s to low 80s.

    Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the next release.

    This was being caused by a visual bug with slots bonus spins. Bonus spins appeared to give a double xp reward. When you turned in a mission, your xp would update to the correct amount (appearing as if you were awarded the incorrect amount of xp).

    Has the job pattern changed since the update? Played tonight First game was Overtime. Second was paid for Job and awarded points. Game 3 and 4 were Overtime.

    Hi, we weren’t able to reproduce the bug, and then noticed the time this was posted.

    It looks like you were playing right as the jobs were reset. It appears the daily shifts were reset while you were working that overtime shift.

  10. outside tiles

    I'm looking to place tiles in certain areas outside my casino. I hover over say two tiles to reach the one I want. I click on the one and it charges me for 3. The tiles don't place when I hover but they stay put and add up when I click on the one I want. If I just cross the other tiles it places them down but since I didn't click them, it doesn't charge my CP's until I click the one I want.

    There was a bug that caused the “tile painter” to get stuck and add extra tiles wherever your mouse cursor went.

    This was fixed in the latest update. Please let us know if you have any more issues, or if this wasn’t the bug you were referring to.

  11. where is my money?

    I had a mission to do the real estate and upon completion of the mission I lost all my chips and the CP's along with the mission and was knocked back down to level one. Every time I log on and try a new mission it also states that I am currently accepted it. Please help me on this matter thank you.

    It was all in the same hand, they didn’t get multiple Royal Flushes. The bug was that it was awarded for the 2 site pots that they won at the same time. That will be fixed in the next update.

  13. Jackpot in classic slots

    I hit the 5 chest in classic slots at the same time I hit the bonus game and it didn't pay me for the jackpot. I should have hit for approximately 225 thousand chips. Assuming the chest didn't have to be in same pay line

  14. Change Tables

    We should be able to switch blackjack tables and I would rather instead of shuffling after every hand play out the deck. There are hundreds of blackjack tables in this game and we only get to play the ones you choose for us. I get tired of playing with people that don't know how to play. If I was in Vegas I would not sit at a table when people are taking the bust card, splitting when they shouldn't etc... I would move to a different table Gets frustrating when you want to sit and play but your only choice…

  15. Shorted on Experience

    I am still getting shorted on experience. Jungle Slot Casino game and missions. Jungle Slot Casino game I was supposed to get 96 exp and only got 36 and this is happening a lot with this game and missions. Makes it really hard to level up.

  16. Clearer "PAYS" information and game rules button

    First, I'd like to suggest that the information on the "PAYS" page at the slots machines would be more descriptive. The information on payments there does not always match up with what I find is happening in-game. Could be me, but it's definitely not descriptive enough for me to clearly understand how the payments work.

    Secondly, I'd like there to be a button next to the PAYS button, which would open a page where the player could see a clear description of the game rules.
