Do not force free ticket to be played immediately
Your scratchers game offers a free ticket. However, you are forcing the player to play it immediately, which makes zero sense in real world application. Allow a user to hold a free ticket, and perhaps play it later, holding out for a higher jackpot. If you want the ticket to have an expiration date so they don't hold it forever, so be it.
1 voteYou aren’t forced to play it immediately. If you leave the scratcher game without scratching the ticket you can come back at any time and scratch the free ticket without buying a new one.

In BJ on a push, it is a tie and you should not lose any money. There should be no rake for the casino.
1 voteThe Rake is there to make the Jackpots larger without it , it wouldnt be worth winning the Jackpot. The Rake does not go into the system and simply into the Jackpot

Crew battles
My Idea would be that with the two battling crews that the number of battling crew members be equal to the size of the lowest number in the crew in the battle (9 in a'crew, 4 in b'crew so a crew would choose 4 people from the crew to battle) this way both sides have the fair ammount of chances to have great scores.

50/50 disappeared
Hi! I had an 11 and a 12 cp 5050 in the lottery, I played solitaire for around 10min or so and checked and they are gone without any message whether I won or lost, they just disappeared it seems? Thanks for the help!
1 voteIn that timeframe I see a 5CP and 12CP bet, no 11 CP bet was made (at least during the time you mention). You lost both of those bets, though it looks like there were some temporary issues with notices at the time, which should now be resolved.

Where did my second gold poker table go ?
I had won a second gold poker table today from someones bomb, I had it sitting in my casino and now it is gone ? and the blue poker table that I sold as it was in the place the gold one was. next to the gold one I already have can I get my second gold poker table back ? was happy that I had two now I got nothing :(

scoring wars and battles
I think there should be a handicap type scoring system similar to golf, to make it a little more fair for smaller teams to be able to compete against larger teams. Maybe a 'multiplier' based on number team members/crew, or hours on line/crew.
Example:
Team A has 50 members and in 24 hours spends 250 hours total on line (5hours/member)
Team B has 25 members and in 24 hours spends 250 hours total on line.(10hours/member)Ratio is 2:1 for members of team B, so that would be multiplier applied to their total team points to get them competitive with the…

Raffle
It's only fair if people at the poker table can win the on line raffle, then people not at the poker table can win the poker raffle.

In a free-roll, away players get removed after 10 minutes and after 20 minutes in a paid tournament. This is to allow players that are late a chance to take their seats.

Multipliers on daily spins with prize box
So today 9.2.2015(approx. 7pm server) I spun my daily spin and finally...got the purple treasure box. The 1.5 x and my 300% bonus kicked in for the chips and cp as usual, but for the prize (by my calculation should be 4.5) I only got 1.
I think the multipliers should also reflect upon the prizes won in daily slots.

Forfeit cp's
After a player has been absent for a certain amount of time for inactivity, their cp's for sale should be erased from the sale list.

bug on Jungle slot
i found a bug on the Jungle slot. When you get the bonus after all 5 statues eyes are lit up instead of going straight into the bonus screen, it goes to the map bonus that some of the other slots have with the red X's on them. After you click on a red X, it then goes into the normal Jungle bonus.

The scores from the war was not counted right
the same count was there when I went to bed , The bonuses where not added on and eather was all the 10 % that I got by my self and god knows how meny other players as well did not count eather

Casino Income
I have a 4 star casino jam packed with games and statues etc and it makes 3500 ph. Thats 11 hours to make ONE CP. Isnt it timeto make casinos earn money thats actually worthwhile. Its ruining the game along with the daily slots that are another example of greedy goldfire.
2 votesIf we simply increase the profit from casinos, then everyone will have more chips to spend, which means the price of CP’s will go even higher to match. We are aware of the problem and are working on solutions to better balance the economy; however, as with a real economy, their impact will be felt over time rather than all at once.

Auction House Problem
Hi i am a citizen and i have 2 gold spiral structures in my vault. I am wanting to sell them through the Auction House. When i go to the Auction House to sell them they do not show under NEW in the vault listing for me to sell. I have refreshed like 50 times i have even logged out and cleared my cookies and still they do not show. I even tried putting them back on my casino lot then removing them again and they still do not show in the Auction House vault list. I can see them…
