  1. Typo on Lottery notice

    As it presently reads:
    You have won 5 Casino Points by getting 4 in a rowin the Pick 5 Lottery!

    Should probably be a space between "row" and "in". The Experience for 3 in a row is as it should be.

  3. Multiple scratchers scratched at once

    clicking the 'auto scratch' button rapidly appears to scratch multiple tickets at once for cost of one ticket!? some sort of issue going on that needs to addressed

  5. Slots glitches

    Within the last 48 hours, there has been a marked increase in issues with auto-spin.
    -Autospins stop before completion and stopping/starting again causes an endless spin.
    I've noticed this most with jungle slots, as the one I play most.
    Refreshing and reloading does not seem to remedy this. It seems to be a low stability issue.

  6. don't give focus to text fields

    There is a huge usability problem on android devices with given focus to text fields. This triggers the keyboard to come up and is especially annoying in poker if you want to place a bet.

    Speaking of betting no one needs there a text field because you won't enter a bet amount by keyboard ever. The slider with the buttons for help pot and pot are enough.

    Regarding poker please take a look at quarterpoker.com ... they use Cubeia software which has an excellent usability for all platforms. I suggest to just copy that to correct your usability problems.

  7. Snooky is here in jacksonville with me

    She made a ticket out on this and emailed you as well 2 days ago yet we cant pick up bomb items. I dont understand why we are having this issue as this is the 3rd time she has visited me here. Please help with this a.s.a.p.

  8. 'm' map shortcut key working inside casino/games

    Just a minor display bug, another quick fix hopefully. Pressing 'm' shortcut key inside casino brings up outside map inside casinos/games. Once the map is closed it alters the position for the 'info' and 'leave' buttons. After that when you mouse over on where the map usually is it shows in behind the frame as being there.

  9. Reset visits @ midnight server time everyday.

    If VIP visits were to reset everyday at midnight server time, then everyone's visits would count, and then we all would not have to wonder if they were done just slightly earlier then the 24 hours, This way people can come and visit anytime during the 24 hour period. Knowing their visit will count.

    table hand played num 3175907 and 3175909.
    I had bet on 32 only, but twice when it fell on 29 above 32 it paid out ?

    I was placing a price on a item for sale at: $2,995,000. And it shows :$2.00

  12. Break fix notification

    Now that the break fix is going up again, can you make the red broken sign more visible? I sometimes have to go through my casinos twice just to find them all.

    You actually joined the crew just slightly too late to be eligible for the war; however, since there was a bug still showing that you were in the war I’ve updated you so that your score should start counting.

  14. Tournaments

    I was At table for Saturday Showdown , Paid my Million Waiting for others , then seats filled I was Not One Of Them , left and returned , even rebooted , Then My name was not listed and still Did not get my million back........ not that it matters but this is the second time , and I really hate throwing away money on nothing .........

  16. add date to chat

    With some of the less-than-active crews, you don't know on what date something was sent, so you think they said something recently, when it was really 24 hours prior. Any chance on adding a date to the timestamp, even if you keep the short version initially visible and add a tooltip for the full date and time?

  18. Blackjack Sprint - No Local Chat

    More often than not local chat does not work during blackjack sprints. I would estimate it might work 2 out of every sprint, sometimes worse. Nice that you added emoticons to tables, but i would like to use local chat rather than PM window getting in the way. + i also like to yell at the dealer in local when i get a bad beat. Majoritavly i can only use :fist: emoticon to express my displeasure. Please address this issue in upcoming update.

  19. Auction properties

    This has happened to me twice now. I bid on a property from the auction April 3 and won the bidding but the property is still in the previous owners name and i cannot start building on it because i have no access to it. That property address is E7S2-5. I just completed another successful bid on a property with casino at E8S2-8 and the same thing is happening, I do not have access to fix it and upgrade it. The property is still in the name of the previous owner. These 2 properties do not show up on my…

  20. Solitaire - flipped card won't display

    This happened earlier today during battle. I flipped the card and it wouldn't display. I refreshed ... I think i might have even closed the browser and reloaded (but not 100% sure on that.
