  1. Tables losing upgrades

    I upgrade neon poker tables and when the upgrade is finished it has went back to the level it was before i spent the cps yet i loes the cps I invested. Needless to say nothing is being done about this issue or any of the other issues we have going on here

  2. picking up bomb pries

    Why do i have to keep refreshing to pick up bomb pries??????
    it does not come up error and it isnt cause i been on so long..just wont let me pick them up and they are mine to pick up from Myss..

  4. Buildings covered by HiRisers and Banks.

    The Developers must think that I am a Moron. Case in point; the other day there was an empty property that I could not find because it was blocked by 2 Hi-Rises. Every property must be seen completely in order for me to develop the properties adequately. I hate to keep harping but it is very frustrating. Do the developers actually play the game or test their updated before they implement them? It should not take me 4 attempts to enter my property because a developer finally decided to place a Hirise next to my property. At least allow me…

  5. Editor issue - dropping more than 1 item in same place or overlapping

    It was brought to my attention that I had 2 items in one space. Two days ago, I was making edits to a floor and none of the items would let me click accept. Upon refreshing, the result was ... a number of items overlapped on the floor.

    Related - I often cannot place items where I want them. I have to place elsewhere, then I can move to the spot I originally wanted.

    I hope the above was previously reported; that you're already working on the fix.

  6. Intermittently cannot pick up from bombs

    Intermittently, I have found that I am not able to pick things up from other people's bombs. This usually lasts for about a minute or so, and then I am able to start picking things up again. I do not have a reliable way of reproducing this, but I do see it every now and again with enough recurrence to not dismiss it as a one-off. I have seen it both on the first pickup, as well as after the timer runs out on another pickup.

  8. roulette

    when i play roulette i keep getting the sign that says i have over bid so i make sure i dont and it still comes up and wont I hit rebet then click off the sign but wont let me hit play..please help this has been going on for a couple weeks

    Can you provide any other details? We are still having trouble reproducing the issue as all of our testing on IE11 on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 has produced no problems. Is it only specific slot games or all of them? Does it happen 100% of the time? Are you getting any error messages? Anything else you can think of?

    Taxis are cool, but what if I want to show off my awesome, hard earned sports car? Or, better yet, what if I wanted to bet on it. I'd love to see drivable cars with betable pink slips in the game.

    We do plan on having more luxury items as things progress, though things like vehicles are a whole different beast that really change how the technical aspects of the game work. I won’t rule anything out, but don’t hold your breathe for before the end of beta.

  13. Hot dog bug

    Go to a few casinos with hot dogs. Once ready to go to the next one, you're not able to enter the casino at all. After a refresh, you can go in, but no hot dog exists. User then has to wait over an hour for the character to completely reset, only at that point could you go to the hot dog casino and grab the hot dog.

    Hot dog should exist at any time. I can understand wanting to go to a specific casino instead of any casino, but I don't think it should break like that.

    my suggestion is that CREW OFFICERS have a different color text rather than the blue to identify them It can be a yellow text, mint, very light or dark blue..

  16. issue with game controls

    Hi, first I hope you all had a great Holiday! I have been having issues with going to my casinos with my driver, paging down on casino list, and now can not change the name of my casino, refreshing does not seem to help! IDzk whats going on but i ho[e you can fix it! Thanks Soul

  17. URGENT - serious problem with Solitaire - can't finish the hand.

    I'm unable to complete a hand of solitaire.

    I tried but there was an extra 10 clubs that showed up (see link with 3 black 10's). I refreshed a few times and even closed the browser. I put up as many cards as I could, hoping it would remedy itself, but it didn't. If you look at the other link, you'll see why. Every move says it's illegal. Can you please give me credit for the score it would have given me and the 52 cards for the team challenge (it's already hard enough to complete the challenges).

    This is actually something we’ve been interested in doing for a long time, but haven’t been able to due to technical reasons (the avatars are all pre-rendered animation frames, and to add more animations like this would cause the memory usage to go through the roof). However, we’ve recently come up with an idea of how it could be accomplished along with improving the standard walking animations, etc. It is a pretty large project either way, and we are still assessing the reality of the idea, so obviously can’t give any sort of ETA or definitive answer on this one right now until we have time to explore it further.

  19. Solitaire

    I am new to the site and not sure if this just applies to me. I play a lot of solitaire and I am unable to read Global while playing. It would be nice to stay connected to global and still play the game. Thanks and have a great day.
