How about we all have to pay a small fee of say 1000 chips per month ground rent for all our casinos.(just a nominal amount we don't miss) If we fail to pay (log in) for 3 months then eviction notice is sent (emails sent to the owner) and the bank can auction the property and of course add on the relevant fees so the rich people don't buy all the props. Also- players that want rid- can also put their lots to auction.At the moment the property market is dull at best.This could liven things up.
