snot getting the cp,s out of garbage collections
i have been aworded at least 15 cp,s today buy garbage and breef cases collection, it does not count on my cp,s count when retreaving them as they say I won them , I site with 323 cp ,s and nothing has showin up yet as the count gets high to day , ty have a wonderful day

It is not working for me either. I only have one casino so I can't use the phone tool. My only option is to collect manually. I just barely collected it Sun around 9:30pm EST and should have received 5 cps but got zero.

We haven't changed anything with that. In fact, the only change we've made to this part of the game in the last year is to lower the fees.

over the last 2 weeks, the break/fix fees seem to have gone up. I was averaging maybe 2cp a day for break/fix. Now I am at 7+, why the change?

I am also having this same issue. I put a ticket in about it. It isnt working manually but was working with the phone until today. Now i used phone & phone says 0 trash but trash is showing on one of my floors and when i go to manually collect the janitor walks over and the trash turns green then freezes.
