Happened again during spring...and mini map popped up after I hit enter. but I was also chatting with quick chat..i thought i was hitting enter to complete and post chat. and again the game reacted similar to what happens when you travel in taxi but did not navigate away from slot machine, mini map was on screen again . This time instead of leaving slot i just refreshed from slot screen. After i was still in casino but i was invisible and could not do anything so I navigated to Condo and I was visible again

ok i just re created the taxi issue...maybe not related..but i traveld via taxi and just after I arrived if i hit enter I appear to travel again but remain at last destination and yes it did deduct chips each time I hit enter...

I will pay attention when it happens again. I also have seen it happen to another player and I don't think they where sprinting. i am not sure but i think it has something to do with traveling/map/and hitting enter... I know that's not very detailed but never sure when it will happen so not always paying attention to what I was doing just before. I recall thinking that it seemed to start after the new feature update with the map changing your position by hitting enter, and I have been able to hit enter and recreate traveling by taxi..I dont' know if it took chips or not. But it reminded me of this issue but there where no graphic issues that I saw. Sorry i can not be of more help at the moment but I will ask other players also.
