Avatar invisible
My avatar has been invisible for past 4 days. I've tried everything suggested in-game, going to mirror and saving, refreshing the game, going in and out of a building. Nothing has worked so far so was hoping for more troubleshooting options. Thanks.

This should now be fixed.

Have you tried clearing your cache? When I load your profile I'm able to see your character's clothes (and the image in the profile is the exact same that loads for your actual character).

It is not yet fixed, retried all the options I mentioned in the previous post. My character does actually appear now in the clothing customization portal, but still not in the condo/city.
