Adding a opt in time period once war is declared
it's hard on some crews who would like to play in the war put have lower crew balances that fluctuate, some days they would of hard the funds others not, but would happy get the funds together to play in the war.
It would be nice if crews that did not have the funds when war is declared could have an opped in time period to pay the fee and participate in the war.

A buffer time is being added in the next update that will allow crews that missed a chance to get in the war before team voting begins.

easier if just a opt in or opt out button, have a choice to pay to play!!
