24 hour account ban lets vote
The fun is leaving the game and global chat forever or is it? I don't believe it has to . Fact is we have a few select people on here who are repeat offenders of the same rule violations from spam , excessive caps, swearing and harassment doing everything possible to ruin the game for many or see just how far they can go. Now as for their repeat violations the receive either a 10min 1hr or 24 hr chat ban and return to the game and are right back doing the same things over and over.This is a social game and i have met plenty of great people from all walks of life from around the globe, which is what keeps me coming back to the game. Now I am all for friendly joking and bantering between crews and should be allowed in game and global but the harassment and trolling can not and should not be allowed .And I believe for the good of the game the penalties need to be addressed and made a little more serious like 1 day Account bans where they would lose daily login bonuses then 3 day 7 day 30 day permanent .For the most part we are all adults here and should act as such and those who do not should not be allowed to continuously ruin the game for the rest . Not pointing any fingers or calling any names here and if this suggestion rubs you wrong in any kinda way you more than likely are part of the problem here .

The next update is going to include several updates to the CA system to help improve consistency in order to further our goals for the community aspects of the game. Thanks for the feedback everyone!

lmao i guess we see who got rubbed the wrong way ,all the man was saying is there should be consequences for our actions as adults rather than the slap on the hand that is being given at present . and yes it is angry little trolls such as yourself that is alot of the problem here hiding be hind your anonymity

@"a player" Firstly it doesnt matter when a player has signed up , he has the right to give and opinion no matter he joined the game. Secondly an ingame crew has no bearing on "Power" as you say it.
@Matt : As for your claims of unfairness , every user is looked at the same and based on previous chat history. If you feel a CA has acted unfairly then you need to pass it to me or to support for it to be looked into ...

As Helena says fairness is the big problem in the deletes and bans that have happened and will happen . Many times it is opinion of a ca or other reasons one may get a warning or ban , and another player , same situation wont get anything!! Fairness is not a judgment call its a rule!!

Thank you for the feedback, and our goal is of course to create a great social experience and thriving community. That was our first goal as a company before even starting work on CasinoRPG. That is a very difficult thing to achieve, and we continue to work very hard to make that a reality.
@Helena We aren't a large company that can afford to hire a staff of people to moderate chat and other areas of the game. We rely on community volunteers to make the social aspects of this game possible, without whom the game simply would not be possible.

Better yet everything should be reported. and viewed and punished by people that do not play the game for fairness
